Summary: The objective of this research project was to obtain information on the emancipation process followed by young people in the Basque Country, combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies in an effort to understand the difficulties and obstacles they find and the strategies they use to overcome the said obstacles and become emancipated.

Summary: The object of the report is to know how Basque youths see their relationship with health-related issues. The study is not intended to be an assessment or appraisal of the health of Basque youths, but a way of establishing how young people see their health and, based on that view, to learn the importance they give to consumption habits and health care issues.

Title:Towards a new culture of identity and politics - Trends among

Summary: A sociological general view is provided based on an
understanding of the transformations that have taken place in
contemporary Basque youth, by studying different areas in
depth - ranging from the most traditional and established logic to
social mobilization, and other emerging ones such as the types of sociality linked
to different cultural projects. The group of friends, heritage, music, technological
experimentation and shopping centres provide niches of great empirical and
theoretical interest for dealing with different types of youth sociality and setting
out the channels of redefinition to which fundamental categories such as identity
and politics are subjected.
